1. Kourtney Kardashian: Never one to keep her bump
shielded from view, reality star Kourtney Kardashian, 32, went with an
itsy-bitsy teal bikini in January when she and baby-daddy Scott Disick took a
quick jaunt to Mexico with 2-year-old son Mason. This time around, it’s a girl!
"This is an amazing blessing and Scott and I are so thrilled," Kourtney
wrote on her blog last month. The future fashionista will arrive this July.
2. Jessica Alba: Just three months before she gave birth to
her second daughter, Haven, last August, hot mama Jessica Alba had some fun in
the sun in Mexico with hubby Cash Warren and their daughter Honor, who was just
shy of 3 at the time. The 30-year-old showed off her bump in a strapless bikini
and sarong. To stay in shape during pregnancy number two, Jessica avoided diet

things babies. The 38-year-old mom of three just gave birth to her latest kid,
a girl named Hattie, in October and has already announced she’s pregnant yet
again with baby number four! So it’s no surprise Tori showed off her baby bump
in a two-piece suit midway through her pregnancy.
4. Uma Thurman:Pregnant with baby number three, 41-year-old Uma Thurman showed plenty of
skin as she swam in St. Barts in a black bikini over the weekend. The “Pulp
Fiction” actress recently announced that she and on-again-off-again boyfriend
Arpad Busson, a French-born financier are expecting. Uma is already mom to
13-year-old daughter Maya and son Levon, 10, with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.
