The Justice in-charge of the Lagos High Court today has ordered the National Drug Law
Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, to pay the N25 million damages awarded to
popular comic actor, Baba Suwe (Mr. Babatunde Omidina) within 21 days.
Interesting! I guess Baba Suwe should start counting down, right? *winks*
Learnt the NDLEA filed an application seeking for the suspension of the payment pending the determination of
its appeal case at the Court of Appeal.
But the Court ordered NDLEA to pay the N25 million to Baba Suwe.
