according to your Jewish news, was arrested after he allegedly shot his Florida neighbor’s roosters
because he was angry that the roosted woke him up very early every
morning with the early morning crowing.
Livingston, 31, of Lake Worth, was charged with crimes including two counts of animal cruelty, discharging a firearm in public and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
Ubencelado Maldonado, the owner of the roosters, told Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies that he saw Livingston enter his back yard and shoot the two roosters with a chrome gun.
Livingston was ordered held in lieu of $12,000 bail.
