THE Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti recently honoured Prof. Richard Funso Isolaowa Afolabi for his meritorious service to the institution for over 29 years out of the 30 years of the university’s existence.
The Long Service and Meritorious Award, which was recently bestowed on him at the 30th anniversary and the 17th convocation ceremonies of the university, came at a time the institution has come of age and when it has, under new management, started entrenching itself in the development firmaments of both Ekiti State and the nation, Nigeria.
