A Queensland man may be regretting
teaching his mom how to drive after she accidentally ran over him
before crashing into a tree.
The 35-year-old had to be flown from Toowoomba, in the state's south, to Brisbane for treatment.
RACQ CareFlight air crewman Mark Arthur said the man was injured in a driving lesson gone wrong.
'It
appears the man has gone to get out of the passenger side seat when the
car has suddenly reversed, knocking him to the ground,' Mr Arthur said.
'The lady has then backed the car into a tree and sustained minor injuries herself. The door of the car was ripped off in the accident.'
Mr Arthur said the man has pelvic injuries and was in a stable condition after the accident.
